one of the worst app for good service. I like the cloud backup, good price and desktop app to sync pictures to the cloud. But the android app is nightmare. First it does not work when you have addblock running (using addguard DNS). Secondly it only uploads when app is opened. When it closes in the background, then it is closed. Upload speed is ridicilous 500kBps. I know it is not cloud issue as my PC is uploading fast. Finally you cannot control what is synced.

Hi!
We haven't encountered any issues with adblock before, and of course the app should work with adblock installed! The other issues that you are seeing (slow upload speed) might be related to this. We would love for you to help us out by sending your log files from the app so that we can get these issues fixed.

It has surprisingly slow upload speed! Around 300 Kb/s!! I have a very fast fibre connection and it is always slow in uploading. If I uninstall the app and reinstall it, then it will back up the same photos several times!!

I love the app. One thing that would make it better are more photo editing tools with a huge variety of options like a lot of the other photo editor apps.
